This was a great read. I appreciate how you packaged the book’s poignant lessons in a way leaders will (hopefully) receive, especially since they’ll be taking all of us with them up the chocolate shoot.

Unfortunately, trusting leaders to slow down and be thoughtful about the ramifications of their actions hasn’t always turned out well.

The concerns and apprehension people have about AI inspired my recent article, written for many of us who—if I may borrow the analogy—didn’t get a golden ticket and have only heard second-hand the tragic tales of what happened inside the chocolate factory.
